Social Media Account Connection Data

When a user connects a social media account, the app may store account names, handles, page IDs, business IDs, external account IDs, connection status, and related platform metadata.

Uploaded Content Plans and Media

The app stores uploaded content plans, documents, images, videos, and ZIP files so campaigns can be reviewed, scheduled, and prepared for publishing.

Access Tokens

Access tokens and refresh tokens, when provided by connected platforms, are stored securely using encryption. Tokens are not displayed in the user interface.

How Data Is Used

Data is used only to operate RC Social Manager, including content organization, client review, scheduling, publishing preparation, and future authorized social media publishing features. We do not sell user data.

Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of their data, uploaded content, social account connection records, or stored tokens by contacting Red Circle Advertising LLC. We will process reasonable deletion requests subject to legal, operational, or contractual requirements.
